My recent stop at a local Salvation Army thrift store was very exciting for me. I found this lovely mirror for our foyer and just knew I had to paint it "Duck Egg" to coordinate with our little table that was there.
This little table was purchased a few years ago at Winner's which is Canada's TJ Maxx. The Annie Sloan chalk paint is such a nice match to the piece I just knew it would be perfect!
Our area carpet in the foyer was purchased on a trip to North Dakota a few years ago and it looks great with these pieces. Don't you agree?
Thank you for stopping in today. Enjoy the rest of your week. Hugs, Wanda
Welcome... While going through some of my storage pieces I came upon this lovely image. It is in sepia tones and the paper appears vintage but I can't for the life of me recall where or when I collected it. I hope you enjoy seeing it...
It almost looks like a picture that would have been in a frame when purchased new? No matter, I love it and will have to get it in a vintage silver frame so it shows its beauty.
A few vintage rhinestone brooches...vintage linen and my silver plate tray...
I have added my little glass scotty dog that my Mother always had in her china cabinet.
Have a wonderful weekend filled with love, laughter & family... Hugs, Wanda
Hello & welcome Today I am sharing my floral bouquet that my darling Daughter In Law brought me earlier this week. She sensed I was having a bad day and stopped in for a visit with our two sweet granddaughters. I added some of my vintage floral postcards to the silver tray and loved the way it looks.
We are so very lucky to have this thoughtful young women in our lives.
