Welcome again today to my little Blog! Today I am sharing with all of you another gemstone in my collection of Vintage jewelry. Yellow Topaz pieces seem to go with everything in my wardrobe so I wear them the most in my daily dressing. I hope you enjoy a little glimpse.
My filigree brooch is another piece I was gifted by my dear friend on one of our gift exchanges I had mentioned in an earlier post.
The smaller pin at the bottom was a treasure we found on our trip to Bath England thirteen years ago. It was so discoloured with years dirt and grime I was so happy with the way it looked once I cleaned her up.
A co-worker presented me with the earrings that were her mother's once she saw me wearing the first brooch and they really compliment each other. My little butterfly pin is so sweet as well and for the life of me I can't recall where I came across it. Odd for me as I usually remember where all of my treasures originated and what we had to pay for them. Some really great finds for really great prices have enabled me to have a great collection.
Thank you for stopping in again and sharing your Sweet comments.
My thoughts are with all of my Blogging Friends that are in the path of Irene...take care and Be Safe!

The topaz pieces are lovely Wanda. My mother was fond of topaz and has some pretty ones too. I am very much like you I think. I can remember where and how much for so many of my things and it boggles my husbands mind. He doesn't understand it. I usually can bring back the feelings about the day I was out and about finding them too.
ReplyDeletesending hugs from here...
