Our Master Bath

Welcome... I am sharing with you today some shots of our Main washroom. I tried to keep it more masculine as this is the one my Sweetie uses. The art work is small keepsakes from our travels around the world.

When we chose our condo all of the finishing was done and we only changed the paint colour before we moved in. I love the sink in this washroom.

Of course I had to sneak in some lace...

The photos don't show the true colour of our paint which is Seagull Grey and looks more dark taupe than grey depending on the time of day.

We have always had painted white cabinets so the dark wood is quite a change but we are loving the look.

My little hooked rug is from Home Depot and I love the colours with the other elements of the room.

Pop in again when you have a chance.. I love your visits! Take care..

Wanda

My Love of Pink..Floral..Vintage everything..

Welcome my Dear Blogging friends! I hope you have had a wonderful Month of April so far...

As I have mentioned in past posts Spring is my Favourite Season and I dream of new growth springing from the earth and creating such beauty of colour and scents for all to enjoy.
Since we no longer have a garden my plan is too purchase fresh flowers every week until I get my pots started on the balcony. Tulips are so simple yet beautiful and I knew when I saw the pink ones above I just had to place them in my floral jug...

My little vase is marked RS Germany and I love the shape and of course the hand painted roses that grace it.

I have always loved Paul Peel as an artist and my picture above is one of my favourites.

My Grandmother's tea cup makes me smile with all of it's colour and great memories I shared with her...

I just had to share the roses on the back of the jug as well! It is marked with a crown and S.F & Co. England.

Today we are celebrating my Sweetie's 60th Birthday and dreaming of retirement next year.  I am blessed to have such a Great Friend & Partner to share my life with.

Thank you for stopping in... I love reading your comments! Have a great week ahead!

Random Beauty

Happy weekend my Blogging Friends! Today I am sharing some of the things in our home that make me smile... isn't that what Life is all about?

I love the soft pink roses on my Biscuit jar...

I have never found more silver dog knife rests to go with the two I have but I am sure there are some on EBAY so I will have to get looking for more.

The white tulips I was given for Easter are still in all of their glory... I added three copper pennies to the water this weekend and they perked right up again.

This transferware bowl was given to me from a dear friend quite a few years ago and it simply marked "Lake". I have seen it in Antique shops for over $75.00 the past few years so I am thinking it must be fairly old.

My hope is that you all have a wonderful weekend filed with Love & Laughter...

Spring...My favourite Season!

Happy Spring my fellow Bloggers! I have always enjoyed Spring the most of any Season and I think the reason is the promise of new growth and new beginnings. As many of you know my Sweetie & I relocated to a small Valley town of 1200 people last Summer. I am sharing today the two tables I have decorated for Easter. The table below is in the main entrance to our condo complex. My reasoning for decorating these two spaces are so I have something pretty to look at as we enter our own condo on the third floor.

Each new season gives me a reason to continue shopping .... my favourite pastime!

I am loving the green and blue colours in the birdhouse...

The table below is the one we see when we exit the elevator on our floor..

Most of this display were things I had kept in storage.

This is the small wreath we have on our front door....

Thank you for stopping in today... I hope your visit made you smile! Please come again....

Hugs,
Wanda
