My Love of Vintage Jewelry...

Welcome & thank you for stopping in today... I am sharing with all of you my collection of Vintage jewelry and will try and post a different grouping every week. I hope you enjoy my treasures!

The pieces I am sharing today are some of my favourite. The Garnet brooch at the top is a piece my Sweetie found on the West Coast of Canada in a darling little Antique shop.

My Dear friend gifted my with the round Garnet pin above for my 45th birthday. We both love to collect vintage pieces and search all year long for the perfect piece for gifting each other at Christmas and birthdays.

I treasure the ring box above as my Mother's wedding ring was purchased in this box in 1950.

Inside the ring box is my Garnet ring that really compliments the other two pieces I am sharing today.
Please stop in again next week as I will be sharing another group in my collection... cameos perhaps?
Have a great week ahead!

Blessings,
Wanda

  11. Garnet was so much the fashion in the first half of the last century. You have a wonderful piece here! And what a wonderful idea that your friend and you exchange these wonderful gifts at Christmas.
There is a little shop in Utrecht, on the Fishmarket: it is not easy not to stop by and go inside and fall in love with something vintage.
Your mother's engament ring box is beautiful. So very special.

  12. Stunning! Vintage jewelries have a ‘royal’ appeal which never fails to amaze me. I wonder if my mom would pass on to me her most prized diamond vintage ring!
