As I started setting the table for lunch today I realized I had a Bird theme evolving and thought I would share it with all of you... Thanks you for stopping in..
These paper Bird napkins were a gift from a Dear friend and I almost hate to use them as I love them so much!
I used various Silver Plated pieces (after I sorted through the tarnished pieces.. lol)
The bone handled fork & spoon where pasted down in my Sweeties Family and I wish I new more about them. The design in the bowl of the spoon is beautiful but I could not get a clear photo to show you.
The plates did not look as pretty after the feast of cabbage rolls was done.
What is a nice lunch without a pretty goblet...

What a wonderful idea, Wanda! I know what you mean with 'too beautiful to use'. I have rose serviettes sitting there and I scream to my husband all the time: not those!, they are too beautiful and for a special occasion.
ReplyDeleteIt is nice to use a theme for a special table arrangement, but now: have you thought about the food on that theme?! Have a try!! Chicken, duck, birds nests, etc. A real challenge!
