Be Still My Heart....

Thank you for stopping in again today. I am going through our photos from our vacation in April and I thought they were too beautiful not to be shared.

This gorgeous glass ceiling was in a meeting room at the Empress Hotel where we stayed...the colours were fantastic!

The antiques were placed along the hallways to add charm and beauty...

The shot above was of the ceiling in one of the dining rooms..I could not stop looking at it!

Another ceiling shot on the floor with the quaint shops..

My heart sang when I saw this toile wallpaper in the ladies room!

More of antiques gracing the hallways of the hotel..

Below is a view onto the Harbour when we got off the elevator on our floor..

Beautiful inserts in the wall panels..

These two prints caught my eye....so romantic! I think I will have to search for copies on-line.

This truly was a vacation to treasure for many years... I hope you enjoyed a small glimpse! Check out my earlier posts for more of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

Hugs,
Wanda

  2. Hi Wanda,
I would love to go there for afternoon tea-it is very beautiful.
Has spring arrived yet? We have had the wettest spring in a long time.I will certainly appreciate the sun when we see it again.
