Home Exchange to The Netherlands

We are so looking forward to our six week Home Exchange this summer to The Netherlands.
What a great way to explore the world and cut costs at the same time.
My Father In Law served overseas in WW2 and we are looking forward to exploring some of the same areas.
I have been fortunate enough to meet Jacoba while Blogging and she has graciously offered to show us around and introduce us to everyday Life in Holland. We can't wait to meet her and her Husband in person!
Life is good...

I will post about our exchange later this year so you can share in our adventure. Thank you for stopping in today.

  3. Hi Wanda

Home Exchange is such a wonderful way to vacation so it does surprise me that more people do not travel this way so it is great to read about people who do it. Swapping homes though is not just about the huge savings that can be made but also about the wonderful experiences gained by living like a local and the long term friendships made.

    Enjoy

  5. Hi Wanda,
My sister who lives in Vancouver did a home exchange with a Dutch couple last summer and had a great time there. My Mom was born in the Netherlands and my sister found the house that Mom grew up in...pretty special!
Hope you have a wonderful time!

I wanted to thank you sincerely for your kind words on my Honey Cat post. It's a week today since my beloved cat died and I am sooo sad. I did appreciate your kind message. It meant so much to me. Susan
