My little lace bag...

Thank you for stopping in today! I am sharing the little lace bag I finished on the weekend. Some vintage lace was added to the top and I sewed an interior liner and strap as well.

Added a button and it is done... Loving the way it turned out!

Blessings,

Wanda

  1. Oh my goodness, what a great bag! Did you crochet that or use an old doily and make a bag out of it? It looks very much like an antique bag. Great job!

    1. Thank you for your comment Gina. I made the little bag out of a doily I had in my linen collection.

  4. Looks gorgeous, Wanda, these little handbags come in so useful. Is it as big as your Belgian one?
You have inspired me to do the same with a vintage one with a butterfly that misses a strap. Yet another project on my to do list, ha ha!
    Happy weekend!
